Email Blast is a feature in CentraHub CRM, which provides the facility to send a standard mail to a list of multiple email addresses. You can view the complete report on how many emails are successfully sent or failed to reach your prospect inbox.
1. Go to settings of CentraHub CRM. Type Email blast in the search box on the left side of the screen.
2. Click Email Blast. The Email Blast page would be displayed.
3. On the Email blast page, enter the relevant details.
Select the file format for sending bulk emails.
(Note: Excel Format is preferable to use the Email Blast features.)
Enter the Column Number of the Cell from where the data starts in the excel sheet.
Enter the Row Number of the Cell from where the data starts in the excel sheet.
Store the End of File number in the CRM as (n-1), where n stands for row number in the excel sheet.
Store the Excel Sheet Index number in the CRM as (n-1), where n stands for the Index number of the excel sheet.
Select the Email Field that would be used for sending common Emails to the mailing list.
4. In the Email Tab, fill details for sending an email. (Subject & Body of the Mail)
5. Click on Finish.
