1. Click on the Request Module on the left-hand side of the Service application dashboard.
2. Access the drop-down list and click on View Request.
3. In the Request list page, click on any request to access its detailed information.
4. Under the Related list in the detail page of a request, you can view Worklogs of that request.
5. Click on the Action button of Worklogs to create a Worklog.
6. In the Worklog, click on billing information related to it.
7. Click Save.
