Every business has certain activities that require approval based on hierarchies. For example, if marketing executive wants to run a campaign, he/she requires an approval from the marketing head and financial head.
CentraHub CRM provides you with smooth and automated approval processes to speed up operations.
1.Open the CentraHub CRM settings. Type ‘Approval’ in the search box.
(Here you could see different approval process for each application.)
2. Click on the Approval Process from the primary drop-down list of the application. (The primary drop-down list consists of Sales & Marketing, Services and Telemarketing)
(Note: Following are the steps for the Approval process of the service desk. The same procedure could be repeated for every application’s approval processes.)
1.Click on the Approval Process from the drop-down list of the service application.
2.Click on New Approval Process on the approval process list page.
3. Enter the relevant details on the New approval process page.
1. Approval Fields:The information related to the Approval Process.
Enter the name of the Approval Process.
Select the module for which Approval is needed from the drop-down list.
Select the process for which Approval Process would be applied.
From the drop-down list select the location for the Approval.
Click on the button for the Approval Process needs to be active.
Select the checkbox for reset authorization on edit.
On the Add level page, do the following process.
2. Approval Hierarchy: To set up the approval hierarchy.
Click on Start. Add level window opens.
User:
Select the approval criteria from the drop-down list.
Select the type of user.( users, roles, hierarchy or level)
Select the user from the available list to the selected list using arrows.
Click on the checkbox for the updates.
Action: Here you have different actions like on received, on approval, on rejection or request more info.
Click on the checkbox for the kind of notifications to be received.
Select the user type from the drop-down list. And move the selected users from the available list to the selected list.
Here you can enter the email and SMS field.
Escalation Level: To set the escalation for the Approval Process.
Set the time limit for the escalation.
From the drop-down list select the Approval Type.(Send Alert to the user, Auto approve or Auto reject)
Select the user type from the drop-down list. And move the selected users from the available list to the selected list.
3. Approval filter: Set the conditional filter for the Approval Process.
4. Click Finish.
